On January 31st, 1980, Loretta Teich purchased the institution. One of the initial aims and focus of the institution was to teach and prepare the students in order to make them proficient in nursing assistance.
During the initial growth of the School, the son of Mrs. Teich closely worked with his mother and learned the business. Later they decided to expand the institution and opened a campus in downtown Brooklyn, NY. In beginning, the institution offered ‘nursing assistant’ programs. However, after some time period Medical Office Assistant program was also started to be offered in February, 1999.
The medical Assistance program has become a source of making the institution one of the leaders in health science education in New York.
Mr. Robert Teich s/o Mrs. Loretta teich now serves as the president of institution. The Allen School bears the honor of graduating above than 70,000 students.
This department is meant to assist the students in fulfilling academic, financial and career related requirements.
In order to train the students as quickly as possible, the programs offered at Allen School are designed by the professionals who bear reasonable experiences of their respective fields.
The school does not commence general education classes. This is done in order to provide fast track to the success in medical programs offered at Allen School.

In this event assistance was provided by the Allen School for Walgreens Pharmacy regarding the screenings of blood pressure.
