In order to ensure that quality education is provided to the service-members, members of the National Guard and Coast Guard and veterans, the College holds the membership of Service members Opportunity Colleges.

Protection of student records:

Complete records regarding admissions, academic progress, funding and employment after graduation of students are maintained by the college. The records are retained by each department according to the policies and procedures of maintaining the records of students.
 
The Beckfield College abides by the rules and regulations of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) for protecting the records of students.

Student Activities and organizations:

The Beckfield College encourages and supports student’s activities and organizations which are meant to promote educational or social objectives. However, the students must seek permission from the Director of Student Services before commencing such activities and organizations.

Career Services:

The Beckfield College runs an Office of Career Services in order to assist the students in achieving better careers and grabbing right opportunities.
 
The office maintains the records of different employers. Information regarding the employment opportunities can be obtained from the Office of Career Services. Career related seminars are also organized by this office and students are encouraged to attend these seminars.
