History of the College:

The Briarcliffe College was established in 1966. The basic purpose of its establishment was to meet the needs of higher education of residents of Long Island.

The College is owned by Career Education Corporation (CEC). The community of Briarcliffe College is characterized by the contributions and strengths of its people.

With the growth in community of Long Island, the College has also expanded its provision of facilities in order to fulfill the needs of students.
