Graduates Will Receive Clinical Laboratory Assistant Diploma
In 1990, the college moved to nearby Tustin, California and the name of the college was also changed to ‘Newbridge College’. In 1992, the college savored the honor of expanding its curriculum to include Allied Health programs. In 1995, the college expanded again and moved to its current location of Newbridge College Santa Ana campus.
The Surgical Technologist Program offered at the college was accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) in 1999. A branch campus was opened by the college in city of Long Beach, California in 2004.
In 2009 another campus was acquired by Newbridge College in El Cajon, near San Diego, California, which was previously owned by some other college.
In order to confirm the high standards of educational excellence, the accreditation agencies continuously evaluate the integrity, continuous improvement, accountability and open communication of the institutions which reside on their rosters.
The accreditation instills confidence in the educational community and institutions' constituencies. In order to evaluate the transfers of credit and applications for postgraduate study, the colleges and universities also rely on the accreditation status.

A brief epitome of the history of college
The Newbridge College was established in Santa Ana, California in 1976. The initial name of the school was ‘Going Places Travel School’. In 1988, the college got accredited by Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).
