The career services are provided to the students in order to assist them in succeeding throughout the graduation and after graduation as well. Career planning and decision making is a developmental process.
Students bear the ultimate responsibility of choosing a career; however, the career services center may provide following supports.
The Center for Excellence at Ottawa University provides academic services and tutoring support to all the students of university. The tutoring services are provided free of cost. Students may choose to have a dedicated tutor or they may directly visit the Center of Excellence in order to avail tutoring services.
Learning skills series is presented by the Center of Excellence that may include topics such as: Dynamic note taking, senior core survival skills and exam techniques.
