ACCOMPLISHMENT OF MISSION

In order to accomplish its mission, Southwest Florida College addresses the following.

Educate
The college educates its students through seminars, workshops and coaching meant to get the students aware of the working environment and develop them for future.

Advocate
The Southwest Florida College communicates about the benefits of the college and the graduate of college to its ‘business partners’.

Collaborate
The college develops relations with its business partners through career fairs, on-campus recruitment and advisory boards.

PHILOSOPHY

The Southwest Florida College pays regard to the changing demands of post-secondary education and it encourages the provision of opportunities to individuals for the pursuance of academic goals through career-based training.
The Southwest Florida College is committed to the provision of an educational environment where students may get education, develop attitudes and build skills that are likely to assist the students in preparing for rewarding careers and the environment that encourages life-long learning. 

ACCREDITATION

Accreditation is reckoned as a standard against which the schools, colleges and universities are evaluated in context of the quality of education, and the operating practices.

In order to confirm the high standards of educational excellence, the accreditation agencies continuously evaluate the integrity, continuous improvement, accountability and open communication of the institutions which reside on their rosters.

The accreditation instills confidence in the educational community and institutions' constituencies. In order to evaluate the transfers of credit and applications for postgraduate study, the colleges and universities also rely on the accreditation status.
